How to adjust "post holiday syndrome"?

Adjusting mindset

For those who are feeling low, it is recommended to encourage and suggest themselves, think about their academic or work achievements or future plans, and give them a positive suggestion. If anxiety and other emotional problems are severe, they can try abdominal breathing, listening to relaxed music, and doing moderate aerobic exercise to regulate.

Reasonable diet

Adjust the meal schedule. After the holiday, try to eat light meals with less oil, less sugar, and less salt, and increase the intake of food fiber, such as fruits and vegetables such as apples, bitter melons, lotus seeds, white radishes, soy products, dairy products, and other protein foods. It is also advisable to choose stomach strengthening and digestion tablets or hawthorn tablets to achieve the effect of stomach strengthening and digestion.

Adjusting one's daily routine

Early to bed and early to rise, ensure to go to bed before 11 pm. Taking a hot bath or soaking your feet with hot water before bedtime can promote sleep and alleviate fatigue. If conditions permit, you can take an appropriate lunch break and gradually adjust your disordered schedule to ensure a regular and sufficient sleep.

Moderate exercise

It is suggested that young people can take jogging, swimming, play badminton and other sports, while old people can take walks, do exercises, play Tai Chi, practice Baduanjin and other activities to give the body a buffer period, and massage Tianzhu, Fengchi, Shenshu, Yongquan, Zusanli and other health points to help restore physical strength.
