In 2006, Peng Liang graduated from Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine with a master's degree in acupuncture and massage, and stayed in the school to teach. In the year of the college entrance examination, Peng Liang resolutely applied to Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine to study Chinese medicine. From 2012 to 2015, Peng Liang was sent to the National Center for Public Health Research in Luxembourg as a visiting scholar.
