Site Description: Harbin Financial College is located in the beautiful ice city of Harbin, founded in 1950. Its predecessor was the People's Bank of China Qiqihar Cadre School, Heilongjiang Bank School, and Harbin Financial College. She is the first financial vocational college approved by the State Council to be established in China. In April 1992, with the approval of the National Education Commission, it was renamed as Harbin Financial College. The school was originally under the headquarters of the People's Bank of China. After the reform of the national higher education management system in 2000, it was jointly built by the central and local governments, with local management as the main focus.
