Harbin Railway Vocational and Technical College is located in the beautiful ice city of Harbin, and is a full-time regular higher education institution. Formerly known as Harbin Railway Engineering School, which was founded in 1959, it was a national key vocational school. In 2002, it was promoted to a vocational college. It is one of the ten key demonstration vocational colleges constructed in Heilongjiang Province.

Heilongjiang Judicial Police Officer Vocational College is a full-time political and legal regular higher education institution approved by the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province and registered by the Ministry of Education. The college mainly cultivates police officers for the judicial administration system, as well as other higher vocational talents in legal services, economic management, computer applications, and other fields for society. Heilongjiang agricultural engineering Vocational College was founded in 1949 and was promoted to higher vocational college in 2001.
