In March 2000, Maoming College was formed by the merger of the former Guangdong Higher Vocational College of Petroleum and Chemical Engineering and Maoming Education College, becoming a provincial-level undergraduate institution in Guangdong Province. Zhongkai agricultural engineering College is a multidisciplinary provincial undergraduate university with agricultural and engineering disciplines as its advantages and coordinated development of agriculture, engineering, science, economy, management and culture.
