Site Description: Dalian Foreign Language College is located in the beautiful coastal city of Dalian. It is a provincial foreign language higher education institution in Liaoning Province, with the right to confer bachelor's and master's degrees. The college was established in 1964 with the kind care of the late Premier Zhou Enlai. It was then known as Dalian Japanese Language College, renamed Liaoning Foreign Language College in 1970, and now renamed in 1978. For more than 40 years, the college has adhered to the school motto of "advocating morality and literature, and embracing all aspects", and followed the educational philosophy of "education first, quality first, highlighting characteristics, and scientific development".
