Henan Radio and Television University (referred to as Provincial Radio and Television University) is a modern remote open university that utilizes a digital, multimedia, and interactive remote teaching platform that combines computer networks, satellite television networks, and telecommunications networks. It is a provincial-level undergraduate university sponsored by the Henan Provincial Government.

Henan Agricultural Vocational College was established in 1952. In June 2001, it jointly established Henan Agricultural University Agricultural Vocational College with Henan Agricultural University. In May 2004, it was registered by the Ministry of Education and approved by the Henan Provincial People's Government as an independent higher vocational college.

Zhengzhou Normal College is a full-time ordinary higher education institution approved by the Ministry of Education. It was founded in 1952 and was merged twice due to the adjustment of university departments nationwide and the establishment of Henan University of Finance and Economics. So far, the school has a 60 year history of education and 25 years of continuous experience in cultivating full-time junior high and secondary school teachers. It has trained a teaching team that meets the needs of higher normal education, has teaching conditions that adapt to modern teacher education, has constructed a distinctive teacher education discipline professional system, formed its own educational philosophy, and condensed the school motto, school spirit, teaching style, and learning style.

Zhengzhou Information Technology Vocational College (Ministry Code 13565, Admission Code 6270) is a vocational college established in 2003 with the approval of the Henan Provincial Government. In order to fully utilize existing educational resources, with the consent of the provincial government, we have been cooperating with Henan Radio and Television University in running schools since 2006. We have arranged enrollment plans under the name of Zhengzhou Information Technology Vocational College and utilized Henan Radio and Television University's educational resources to cultivate students. At present, the college is located in the Longzihu University Park in Zhengdong New District, Zhengzhou City, covering an area of 465 acres and a building area of 140000 square meters. It has over 4000 ordinary college students and currently has four departments and more than 20 majors, including the Department of Finance and Law, the Department of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering, the Department of Computer Science and Technology, and the Department of Art. The widespread application of modern network multimedia teaching methods is the characteristic of our college. The college has a gigabit campus network covering the entire campus, live streaming classrooms, libraries, multimedia reading rooms, computer experimental centers, voice laboratories, professional laboratories, as well as instrument rooms, practice rooms, art studios, etc. Each classroom is equipped with computer multimedia consoles, projectors, physical display platforms, etc. The college has complete and advanced teaching and living facilities, and a strong faculty.

Henan University of Education is the only provincial-level adult undergraduate normal university in the province that mainly trains primary and secondary school teachers and educational administrative cadres. Its predecessor was Henan Provincial Education Administrative Cadre School established in 1955, and it was officially established as Henan University of Education in 1978. The college is located in Zhengzhou, one of the "Eight Ancient Capitals of China", with a superior geographical location, convenient transportation information, and an elegant environmental atmosphere. It is an ideal place for young students to study and study. For a long time, the college has adhered to the principles of basic education, serving the grassroots, following the path of connotative development and distinctive education, gradually forming a school structure that emphasizes both academic and non academic education, combines general and adult education, and integrates pre service and post service education.

Luoyang Institute of Technology

Zhoukou Vocational and Technical College is a full-time public higher vocational and technical college approved by the People's Government of Henan Province, registered by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, and qualified for enrollment in general higher education.

Jiaozuo Normal College has a long history and a long history. Its predecessor was the Huaiqing Prefecture Normal School founded in 1907 (the 33rd year of the Guangxu reign of the Qing Dynasty). In 2002, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, it was merged and established by the former Qinyang Normal School, Jiaozuo Normal School, and Jiaozuo Education College.
