Zhejiang Vocational College of Arts
Zhejiang Vocational College of Arts is the only state-owned full-time comprehensive higher art institution in Zhejiang Province. In December 1999, the People's Government of Zhejiang Province approved the merger of Zhejiang Art School and Zhejiang Film School to establish Zhejiang Art Vocational College; Afterwards, the Zhejiang Provincial Art Research Institute was established and transferred. In January 2002, the provincial government approved the official establishment of the hospital.

Zhejiang Vocational and Technical College for Industry and Commerce is an ordinary higher vocational college approved by the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government, with a history of over 90 years. Its predecessor was the "Ningbo Public Grade A Commercial School" founded in 1914. In July 1975, with the approval of the Provincial People's Government, under the leadership of the Provincial Department of Commerce (now Provincial Commercial Group Co., Ltd.) directly under the school, it became a secondary vocational school for enrollment and distribution throughout the province, named "Ningbo Commercial School in Zhejiang Province". In 1998, we actively established the "Ningbo Vocational and Technical College for Industry and Commerce" and obtained approval from the provincial government in December of the same year. In May 2001, it was renamed as "Zhejiang Vocational and Technical College for Industry and Commerce" and became one of the first four vocational colleges approved by the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government for establishment.

Hangzhou Normal University
The predecessor of Hangzhou Normal University can be traced back to the Zhejiang Provincial Government Two Level Normal School established in 1908, and was renamed as Zhejiang Provincial First Normal School in 1913. In 1978, Hangzhou Normal University was established with the approval of the State Council. Since 2000, Hangzhou Institute of Education and Hangzhou Medical College have successively merged to form the new Hangzhou Normal University. In 2007, the school was renamed Hangzhou Normal University.

Zhejiang University of Science and Technology
The predecessor of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, the Silkworm Study Hall, was founded by the Governor of Hangzhou, Lin Qi, in 1897 to fulfill his great wish of saving the country through industry and education. It is one of the earliest new education institutions established in China. In 1908, due to outstanding academic achievements, it was promoted to the "Higher Sericulture School" by the Qing government. From the Xinhai Revolution to the eve of liberation, due to the turmoil of the current situation, the school changed its name several times and moved its location several times. Despite the ups and downs, it persisted in running the school. After the establishment of the People's Republic of China, the school continued to explore and forge ahead, marking a new chapter in history. The school began admitting undergraduate students in 1959, was named Zhejiang Silk University by the State Council in 1964, began admitting master's students in 1979, and was granted the right to confer master's degrees in 1983. In 1999, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, the school was renamed Zhejiang University of Engineering. In 2004, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, the school was renamed Zhejiang University of Science and Technology.

Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and Technology
Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and Technology is located in the famous historical and cultural city of Hangzhou. It is a higher education institution with outstanding electronic information characteristics, obvious advantages in economic management disciplines, and the infiltration of multiple disciplines such as engineering, science, economics, management, literature, law, and teaching. The predecessor of the school was Hangzhou Aviation Industry Finance School, founded in 1956. Approved by the State Council, Hangzhou Institute of Electronic Technology was established in 1980 and renamed Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and Technology in 2004. The school has successively been under the jurisdiction of central ministries such as the Fourth Ministry of Machinery Industry, the Ministry of Electronics Industry, and the Ministry of Information Industry. Since 2000, a management system of joint construction between departments and provinces, with provincial management as the main focus, has been implemented. In 2007, the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government and the National Defense Science, Technology, and Industry Commission jointly established Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and Technology, which is a key teaching and research university in Zhejiang Province. There are four campuses, including Xiasha, Wenyi, Dongyue, and Xiasha East, covering an area of over 2000 acres. Currently, there are over 26000 regular full-time students and over 2200 faculty members.

Ningbo University of Engineering is a full-time undergraduate institution organized by the Ningbo Municipal Government, formerly known as Ningbo Higher Vocational College, founded in May 1983. In May 2004, it was upgraded and renamed Ningbo Institute of Engineering. The school is divided into two campuses, east and west, covering an area of over 1400 acres. The west campus (Cuibai Road) covers an area of 300 acres; The East Campus (Fenghua Road) is planned to cover over 1100 acres, of which approximately 400 acres have been completed, with a building area of 300000 square meters. Huzhou Teachers College
Huzhou Normal University is a full-time undergraduate institution of higher education. The school's educational history can be traced back to the Qiantang Road Third United County Normal School in 1916. Higher education began in 1958 and undergraduate students were admitted in 1994. In March 1999, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, the former Huzhou Normal College, Huzhou Normal School, and Huzhou Teacher Training College merged to establish Huzhou Normal College. In May 2000, the original Huzhou Health School was merged into Huzhou Normal University. In November 2005, the school passed the undergraduate teaching level evaluation of the Ministry of Education with a "good" score, achieving leapfrog development. The school adheres to the motto of "Mingti Dayong" and is a civilized unit in Zhejiang Province.

Zhejiang Ocean University
Zhejiang Ocean University is located in the urban area of Zhoushan, the "Thousand Island City" on the coast of the East China Sea, adjacent to the international metropolis of Shanghai, the international port city of Ningbo, and the "Sea Sky Buddha Kingdom" of Putuo Mountain. The school was founded in 1958 and was approved by the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council in 1982 to obtain the qualification of one of the first batch of national bachelor's degree authorized units.
