Site Description: Tianjin Radio and Television University is a higher education institution directly under the Tianjin Municipal Education Commission, and its teaching business is guided by the Central Radio and Television University. The school was founded in 1958 and was originally known as Tianjin Red College Radio Correspondence University. It is the first distance education higher education institution in China to use radio correspondence as the main teaching method. In 1979, it was approved by the Tianjin Municipal Government and the National Education Commission to change its current name.
