Site Description: Qinghai Normal University was founded in 1956, initially named Qinghai Normal College, expanded to Qinghai Normal College in 1958, and renamed Qinghai Normal University in 1984. In 1997, after the adjustment of the layout and structure of universities in Qinghai Province, the former Qinghai Normal University merged with the former Qinghai Education College to form the new Qinghai Normal University. From 2000 to 2004, the former Qinghai Ethnic Normal College, the former Qinghai University Water Conservancy Vocational School, and the former Qinghai Bank School were successively merged into Qinghai Normal University.
