Site Description: The College of Humanities of Northeast Normal University is an independent undergraduate college applied for by Northeast Normal University according to the new mechanism and model. Its predecessor was the Jilin Provincial Foreign Language and Cultural Exchange Center established in July 1988. In 1991 and 2000, Jilin International Language and Culture College and Jilin Vocational College of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation were established successively. In 2001, a new secondary college was established, Northeast Normal University's School of International Business and Economics, and full-time undergraduate education began to be implemented. In February 2004, the College of Humanities of Northeast Normal University was officially established with the approval of the Ministry of Education.
