    Jiangxi Normal University of Science and Technology is located in Nanchang, a historical and cultural city with the reputation of "abundant resources and outstanding talents".     The predecessor of Nanchang University School of Medicine (formerly Jiangxi Medical College) was Jiangxi Public Medical Specialized School founded in 1921. In 1952, it was renamed as Jiangxi Provincial Medical College and began to enroll undergraduate students. In 1953, it was renamed as Jiangxi Medical College. In 1958, it merged with the Eighth Military Medical School of the People's Liberation Army of China and is still known as Jiangxi Medical College. In 1969, it merged with Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine to establish Jiangxi Medical University. In November 1972, it was separated from Jiangxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and renamed Jiangxi Medical College. In August 2005, it merged with Nanchang University and was named the School of Medicine of Nanchang University.

  • Jiujiang University
