Fujian Transportation Vocational and Technical College
Fujian Jiaotong Vocational and Technical College is one of the first 28 construction units of the "National Demonstration Higher Vocational College Construction Plan" determined by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance in China. It is the only provincial-level public higher vocational and technical college approved by the Ministry of Education in Fujian Province. Its earliest predecessor was the Fujian Shipbuilding School, the first official higher industrial school in modern China founded in 1866. It has trained students such as Yan Fu, Zhan Tianyou Deng Shichang, Chen Jitong, Sa Zhenbing and many other people with lofty ideals and national hero.

Minxi Vocational and Technical College
Minxi Vocational and Technical College is a public full-time ordinary university approved by the People's Government of Fujian Province and registered with the Ministry of Education. It is a demonstration higher vocational college in Fujian Province and a training institution for skilled and scarce talents in the national construction industry. The school was founded in 1983, formerly known as Minxi Vocational University. In February 2004, with the approval of the Fujian Provincial People's Government, it was renamed Minxi Vocational and Technical College. The college covers an area of 300000 square meters, with a planned land area of 450000 square meters and a building area of 200000 square meters. The campus environment is beautiful, safe and harmonious, and the layout is reasonable, enjoying the reputation of a "garden style" university.

The school has a long history of education, formerly known as Longyan Normal College, founded in 1958. In 2001, the former Fujian Resources Industrial School was merged into Longyan Normal College. Implement a leadership and management system based on the joint construction of provinces and cities, with Xiamen as the main city. It has a history of 26 years in education. Xiamen Institute of Technology currently has over 10000 students (trainees) on campus. Among them, there are over 7200 full-time undergraduate and vocational students (including international students), and 3000 adult education students. At present, there are nearly 700 faculty members, including one academician of the CAE Member, one distinguished professor of Changjiang Scholar. The teachers with associate professor or above account for 38% of the full-time teachers, and the teachers with master's or doctoral degrees account for 67.4% of the total full-time teachers. The college currently has two campuses, Siming and Jimei. The Siming Campus is located at the foot of the Beehive Mountain at the southern end of Xiamen Island, facing Gulangyu across the sea, adjacent to Nanputuo and Xiamen University. The Jimei Campus is located in the Jimei Cultural and Educational District, covering an area of over 1000 acres and was opened in 2005. The Siming campus is surrounded by mountains and the sea, with lush vegetation and tranquil elegance. The modern building complex of Jimei campus is surrounded by magnificent and advanced facilities. They are all good places to read and learn. The college currently has 16 departments, offering 24 undergraduate majors and 25 specialized majors, covering multiple disciplines such as humanities, science, engineering, economics, and management. The college has a number of research and industrial institutions, including the Architectural Design Institute, the Spatial Information Technology Research Institute, the Journal Editing Department, and the Science and Technology Industry Company.

Minjiang University
Minjiang University is a public full-time multidisciplinary undergraduate university officially approved by the Ministry of Education in 2002, formed by the merger of the former Fuzhou Normal College (founded in 1958) and Minjiang Vocational University (founded in 1984). The college is located in Fuzhou, the capital of Fujian Province, and implements a joint provincial and municipal (Fuzhou City) education system with a focus on the city. It is open to nationwide enrollment. There are currently over 19000 full-time students on campus, including over 14000 undergraduate students.
