    Baicheng Normal University is located in Baicheng City, known as the hometown of cranes, and is the only undergraduate institution in the western part of Jilin Province. It was founded in 1958. In August 2000, the Jilin Provincial Government decided to merge Baicheng Forestry School into Baicheng Normal College; In March 2002, it was approved by the Ministry of Education to be upgraded to a undergraduate institution. In 1999, we jointly recruited undergraduate students with Siping Normal University and began undergraduate education; In 2002, the college independently enrolled undergraduate students; In 2007, we jointly trained master's students with Northeast Normal University and began master's education. In June 2008, the college passed the undergraduate teaching level evaluation by the Ministry of Education with excellent results.     Langfang Normal University is located in Langfang City, Hebei Province, known as "a shining pearl on the Beijing Tianjin Corridor". Its predecessor was the Anci County Simple Normal School established in 1946, which was later managed by the Tianjin Regional Commissioner's Office in 1951. In 1956, with the approval of the Tianjin Regional Education Bureau, Langfang Normal School in Hebei was established. In 1964, it was under the management of Hebei Province and renamed Langfang Normal College.
