The National Bureau of Surveying and Mapping is an administrative agency managed by the Ministry of Land and Resources responsible for the national surveying and mapping industry.

Undertake the responsibility of comprehensive coordination of marine monitoring, scientific research, waste disposal, and development and utilization. Organize the formulation of national marine industry development strategies and policies, organize the formulation and supervision of marine main functional area planning, marine information planning, marine science and technology planning, and the strategy of revitalizing the sea through science and technology, and work with relevant departments to formulate and supervise the implementation of medium and long-term plans for marine industry development and marine economic development plans.

The National Grain Administration is an administrative agency managed by the National Development and Reform Commission responsible for the specific business of macroeconomic regulation of national grain circulation, industry guidance, and central reserve grain administrative management.

The China Securities Regulatory Commission is a ministerial level public institution directly under the State Council. In accordance with laws, regulations, and authorization from the State Council, it uniformly supervises and manages the national securities and futures market, maintains the order of the securities and futures market, and ensures its lawful operation.

State Electricity Regulatory Commission

The Development Research Center of the State Council is a policy research and consulting institution directly under the State Council. The main responsibility is to study global, comprehensive, strategic, and long-term issues in the national economy, social development, and reform and opening up, and to provide policy recommendations and advisory opinions to the Party Central Committee and the State Council.
