Site Description: Huaihua College was founded in 1958, formerly known as Huaihua Normal College. In 2002, it was upgraded to a full-time regular undergraduate institution with the approval of the Ministry of Education. The school is located in Huaihua City, a transportation hub city known as the "gateway of Yunnan Guizhou and the throat of the entire Chu" in ancient times. There are three railways including Hunan Guizhou, Zhiliu, and Yuhuai, as well as the intersection of National Highway 209, 320, and Shanghai Kunming Expressway. The school covers an area of over 1000 acres, with a construction area of over 400000 square meters, and is divided into two campuses: east and west.
