Site Description: Huaibei Coal Normal University is located in the National Energy Base and National Garden City of Huaibei City, Anhui Province. It is an ordinary higher normal university with a long history of undergraduate education in Anhui Province. Established in 1974 as Anhui Normal University Huaibei Branch. In December 1978, with the approval of the State Council, it was named Huaibei Coal Normal University, which was subordinate to the former Ministry of coal industry and recruited students nationwide. Approved as a Bachelor's degree authorization unit in 1981.
