Site Description: Guangxi Academy of Arts is located in Nanning, the capital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and is one of the six comprehensive art colleges under the provincial government in China. The college's predecessor was the "Guangxi Art Teacher Training Class" initiated by Mr. Man Qianzi, Xu Beihong, and Wu Bochao in Guilin in 1938. It later developed into Guangxi Art College, which was merged into the Central South American College and the Central South Audio College during the adjustment of higher education institutions nationwide in 1953. In 1958, Guangxi Art College was restored and upgraded to Guangxi Art College in 1960. Nowadays, Guangxi Academy of Arts has developed into a large-scale, advantageous institution with strong faculty, multiple majors, and multi-level education.
